Acknowledging different community problems in our society is a vital part of our development. As of today, the safety in every street has been one of the major concerns in each community. The problem regarding the insufficiency of street lights has been continuously arising in some Barangays. To be specific, this problem is currently seen in Zone 3, Barangay Panarayon, Bacacay, Albay. As a matter of fact, it has already caused different troubles for the people residing in the said area.
To disclose this problem, a group of researchers has conducted a survey from the affected residents. They asked a few questions in order to find out the common trouble that they have already encountered and their opinions regarding this problem.
